Maxine... Our Blue and Flesh Macaw
For the better part of Maxines first 27 years, she lived in her human's family business. Greeted daily by her humans and employees, she was more then a fixture- she was a friend. When her human decided to retire, they felt it best that Maxine find another family to live with. A small home and two little dogs prevented her from living her life out with the family.... So she came to HTH.... She is our only macaw and lets you know she is the biggest bird here and wants it to stay that way !! LOL
